Regulation

IKON GLOBAL MARKETS is proud to be registered with the CFTC as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), which provide clients and prospective clients with three significant benefits:

Greater Transparency of Business Practices

The National Futures Association (a self regulatory organization) keeps records of all proceedings regarding FCM. A quick search through the NFA website will allow each investor the ability to research every registered sales representative and FCM. We invite you to go to the attached link to view IKON's record: http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/Details.aspx?entityid=0327622&rn=Y

Financial Standards and Oversight

FCMs are required to meet strict financial standards, including capital adequacy requirements. On a regular basis, FCMs are required to submit financial reports to forex trading regulators. Financial Data for Futures Commission Merchants can be found online at: http://www.cftc.gov/tm/tmfcm.htm?from=home&page=mktfcmcontent/

These standards are enforced by the NFA, which has the right to fine firms and/or terminate an FCM's regulatory status for violations.

A Framework for Dispute

Resolution The U.S. regulatory framework is widely regarded as one of the best in the world for investor protection in forex trading. If a dispute with an FCM arises, investors can turn to the NFA or the CFTC.
